These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of SMS Sender Pro (“Product”), provided by Digi Eye Designs (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing or using SMS Sender Pro, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

SMS Sender Pro is a WordPress plugin designed to help users manage SMS providers, contacts, groups, campaigns, templates, scheduling, message history, analytics, and related SMS activities from within WordPress.

SMS Sender Pro does not itself provide SMS carrier or telecommunications services.

2. Purchase Options

Single Site License

The Single Site License is currently priced at $249.

The Single Site License is intended for use on one WordPress website/domain at a time.

The license may be activated on another domain after it has been deactivated from the previously activated domain, where the licensing system supports this process.

Unlimited Agency Access

Unlimited Agency Access is currently priced at $999.

This option allows the purchaser to use SMS Sender Pro on an unlimited number of WordPress websites/domains.

Unlimited Agency Access does not use the single-site license activation restriction.

3. Lifetime License

The applicable purchased license is provided on a lifetime basis.

Lifetime refers to the license to use the purchased Product. It does not guarantee unlimited future development, future features, third-party integrations, or compatibility with every future version of WordPress, PHP, hosting environment, or third-party service.

We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue Product features where reasonably necessary.

4. Product Updates

We may provide bug fixes, security improvements, compatibility updates, improvements, and new features from time to time.

Updates are provided at our discretion and do not constitute a guarantee of unlimited future development or compatibility with every future software or third-party service.

5. Support

Each completed purchase includes 30 days of complimentary product support beginning from the date of purchase.

Support covers genuine issues related to the normal operation of SMS Sender Pro.

Support does not include custom development, custom features, website development, website redesign, unrelated WordPress work, or custom modifications requested by the customer.

Additional development or customization may be available separately and may involve additional charges.

6. Third-Party SMS Providers

SMS Sender Pro allows customers to connect supported third-party SMS providers using their own provider accounts and API credentials.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining their SMS provider account
  • Paying provider fees and purchasing SMS credits
  • Keeping API credentials secure
  • Following the provider’s terms and policies
  • Complying with applicable SMS and telecommunications requirements

Digi Eye Designs does not control third-party SMS provider pricing, delivery, availability, account restrictions, or provider policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SMS Sender Pro only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the Product to send spam, fraudulent messages, deceptive communications, unlawful content, harassment, or messages that violate applicable laws, regulations, telecommunications requirements, or the policies of your selected SMS provider.

You are responsible for obtaining any required consent or authorization before sending messages to recipients.

8. License and Security

You are responsible for keeping your purchase information, account credentials, license information, and API credentials secure.

You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with licensing or security mechanisms included with the Product.

9. Payments

Purchases are processed through the checkout and payment methods made available on our website.

The applicable price will be displayed before completing the purchase.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

10. Refunds

SMS Sender Pro is a digital software product and purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Digi Eye Designs.

Customers should review the Product information and available demonstration materials before purchasing.

The included 30-day support period is provided to help resolve genuine product-related issues covered by our Support Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

SMS Sender Pro and its related branding, documentation, design, and original materials remain the property of Digi Eye Designs or their respective rights holders.

Your purchase gives you the applicable right to use the Product under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the Product or its intellectual property to you.

12. Third-Party Software and Services

SMS Sender Pro may work with third-party software, WordPress components, hosting environments, APIs, SMS providers, payment services, and other technologies.

We do not guarantee that every third-party service will remain available, unchanged, compatible, or supported indefinitely.

13. Product Availability

We aim to keep our website and Product available and functional, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, third-party services, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
